Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing across Salesforce clouds and integrations, working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, CRT, or equivalent, ensuring robust regression coverage.

- Perform functional, integration, system, and performance testing across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners within an Agile/Scrum framework to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Copado DevOps, and work with development teams to verify fixes and prevent regressions.

- Analyze and test complex Salesforce functionality, including custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, flows, and process builders.

- Manage test data creation, test environment setup, and configuration to ensure accurate, repeatable, and reliable testing scenarios.

- Support release validation, UAT coordination, and post-deployment verification activities.

- Contribute to the overall QA strategy, drive continuous improvement in testing processes, and mentor junior QA engineers on Salesforce testing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on Salesforce QA.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce functional and integration testing across multiple Salesforce clouds.

- Strong experience in test automation using Selenium, CRT, or similar automation frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD-driven releases.

- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Copado DevOps, or similar.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in DevOps environments.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or QA-focused credentials).

- Experience in performance or security testing for Salesforce applications.
