- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Objects.

- Conduct integration testing between Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms.

- Validate data accuracy using SQL and perform detailed data reconciliation across systems.

- Execute API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools.

- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or equivalent frameworks.

- Conduct ETL validation, transformation checks, and downstream data verification.

- Perform Salesforce Admin-level testing and validate APEX components, flows, triggers, and customizations.

- Work closely with developers, admins, and business teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality.

- Use TestRail and Jira for test management, reporting, and defect tracking.

- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating test scripts, reviewing build results, and ensuring smooth deployments.

- Prepare test strategies, test scenarios, test data, and maintain documentation.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Salesforce QA testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Objects).

- Proficiency in Integration Testing involving Salesforce, SAP, and middleware platforms.

- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.

- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools.

- Experience with automation tools like Playwright or equivalent.

- Experience in ETL testing and data reconciliation.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Admin functionalities and APEX testing.

- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

- Proficiency in TestRail, Jira, and other QA lifecycle tools.

- Experience with CI/CD processes and automated reporting
