Job Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Salesforce automation testing, and test framework development using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations through test automation and manual testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, primarily focused on Sales Cloud.

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.

- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and other testing tools.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce components (custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, triggers).

- Validate Salesforce automation workflows and processes (Process Builder, Flows, Approval Processes).

- Test across different environments including Lightning Experience, mobile, and integrated applications.

- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Ensure high standards of quality and performance for Salesforce releases and deployments.

Qualifications :

- 3 - 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, workflows, and automation.

- Proficiency in Java programming for writing automation scripts.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or JUnit, and automation frameworks (Page Object Model, etc.).

- Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, and Salesforce APIs.

- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).

- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Strong knowledge of QA best practices and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Salesforce QA certification or Salesforce Administrator certification.

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Knowledge of test data management and data loader tools.

- Familiarity with testing tools like Provar, Katalon, or Tosca for Salesforce.
