We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations across business functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and a strong track record of delivering Salesforce projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role requires end-to-end project management skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation to deployment

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Conduct project status meetings and provide executive reporting to stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall as applicable)

- Manage project scope, change requests, and prioritize deliverables

- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to design scalable solutions

- Oversee Salesforce customization and configuration, including workflows, process automation, and Lightning components

- Lead integration projects with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, data platforms)

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational governance

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Conduct requirement workshops and align project deliverables with business needs

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

- Provide guidance on Salesforce adoption, process optimization, and user enablement

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations

- Identify potential risks and roadblocks, providing proactive solutions

- Review and approve functional and technical documentation, test plans, and UAT outcomes

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud)

- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale Salesforce projects

- Salesforce Platform knowledge : Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, Reports & Dashboards

- Integration experience using Mulesoft, APIs, or other middleware

- Project management certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
