Salesforce Project Manager - Marketing Cloud

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to drive business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

- Oversee configuration and deployment of Marketing Cloud features (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).

- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct risk management and proactively resolve issues to minimize project impacts.

- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and governance artifacts.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and data privacy regulations.

- Drive adoption and training initiatives for Salesforce Marketing Cloud users.

- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Proficient in Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, and Automation Studio.

- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation concepts.

- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data management within Salesforce platforms.

- Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) is a plus.

- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
