Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-based initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.

- Monitor project progress and performance using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide consistent reporting to leadership.

- Work with Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants to deliver customized solutions.

- Support user adoption, training, and documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10- 15 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in senior project management roles, including at least 3+ years specifically managing Salesforce projects.

- Strong experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, working with cross-functional Salesforce teams including Developers, Administrators, and Architects.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.

- Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, deliverables, and risks across multiple stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing ability

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.

- Knowledge of data migration and Salesforce Lightning experience.

- Experience managing vendors or external consultants.
