Roles & Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.

- Manage user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and data visibility.

- Oversee Salesforce configurations including page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom objects.

- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs or middleware.

- Manage and monitor Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.

- Handle data migration activities using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver platform enhancements and new features.

- Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Platform Administrator.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administration best practices.

- Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

- Proficiency with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).

- Understanding of integration tools (APIs, middleware).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Knowledge of Apex and Lightning is a plus.

- Knowledge on tools- Jira, ServiceNow Service Desk, Confluence, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Monitoring Tools, Salesforce Data Loader
