Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity) along with Salesforce development skills, including LWC, Apex, and integrations.

This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

- Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes.

- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OmniStudio and Salesforce platform.

- Support deployments and follow Salesforce DevOps and release management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 69 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity).

- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects.

- Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer).

- Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps practices.
