Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team for an exciting project. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on Salesforce OmniStudio functionalities and a solid understanding of the broader Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities :

- Develop OmniStudio Solutions : Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) to meet business requirements.

- Proficient in OmniStudio Components : Build and configure various OmniStudio components, including :

1. OmniScripts : Create guided user experiences for complex business processes.

2. Integration Procedures : Develop server-side logic to fetch, transform, and update data from various sources.

3. Data Raptors : Configure data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading to and from Salesforce and external systems.

4. FlexCards : Design and build rich, interactive user interfaces for displaying and acting on contextual data.

- Salesforce Platform Development : Leverage a good understanding of the Salesforce platform for custom development and deployment activities.

- API Integration : Work with APIs to integrate Salesforce OmniStudio solutions with other internal and external systems.

- Problem Solving : Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions within the OmniStudio framework.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, quality assurance, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to OmniStudio implementations.

Key Skills Required :

- Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) Expertise :

1. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) is essential.

2. Proficiency in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and FlexCards is a must-have.

- Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Good understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, standard functionalities, and custom development capabilities.

- Deployment Expertise : Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design and debug complex solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Plus Points (Good to Have) :

- Experience working with APIs for integration.

- Hands-on experience with Apex development.

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Having Certificates with related field (e.g., Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Vlocity Health, Vlocity Communications, etc.) is a significant plus.
