Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce MCI Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing advanced marketing data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing domain knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing performance.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, build, and optimize data models, ETL processes, and integrations in Salesforce MCI.

- Develop custom dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights into marketing and business performance.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable MCI solutions.

- Manage data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization from multiple marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.).

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality across all MCI dashboards and reports.

- Work with stakeholders to track campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and customer journeys.

- Support integration of MCI with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and external tools.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence features, capabilities, and best practices.


Must-Have Skills :


- 8+ years of total experience with at least 4+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce MCI (Datorama).

- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, ETL, and API-based integrations.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data transformation and automation.

- Experience building complex dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and metrics (Google Analytics, Ad Platforms, CRM, Email, Social Media).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Good-to-Have Skills :


- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or CDP knowledge/certifications.

- Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data handling.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
