- Develop robust test strategy and test plans from feature requirements

- Submit defects and follow-up with the development team

- Identify qualify defects on the product and work with development for faster resolution and verification

- Help development teams to narrow down failures.

- Perform thorough testing of dynamic content/ampsrcript, email templates, automation workflows, landing pages, data integrations, and other marketing assets to identify any defects or issues before deployment.

- Executing functional, regression, and performance testing of marketing assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Providing feedback and recommendations for improving the user experience and overall quality of marketing campaigns.

- Maintaining test documentation and reporting on testing progress and results.

Specifications :

Education and Experience :

- 3+ years professional experience testing enterprise products

- Strong manual testing experience, development/execution of test cases.

- Ability to test both back-end and front-end items in SFMC, including email, landing pages, integrations, data extensions, automations and journeys

- Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript programming languages to validate logic of code.

- Experience with enterprise CRM/Database/ESP platforms.

- Experience testing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).

- Familiarity with Litmus or similar email testing platforms.

- Understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

- QA background including communications (Email, SMS, Push Notifications) is a must.

Preferred technical and professional experience :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or similar

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

- Workflow tool experience (Jira, Workfront, etc.)

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, as it relates to testing email templates and landing pages.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation
