Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned SFMC Lead who can drive strategy, architecture, and implementation across Marketing Cloud initiatives.

The role involves leading a team, managing complex integrations, and ensuring best-in-class marketing automation practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementation and solution architecture.

- Oversee and guide a team of SFMC developers, automation specialists, and campaign managers.

- Architect scalable journeys, automations, data models, and integrations.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Govern platform configuration, best practices, and data usage across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

- Review and optimize AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and journey logic.

- Ensure platform hygiene, data privacy compliance, and security standards.

- Troubleshoot complex SFMC issues and provide thought leadership on platform enhancements.

- Required Skills & Qualifications.

- 8+ years total experience, out of which 5+ years must be in SFMC.

- Strong understanding of Marketing Clouds full suite : Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Datorama (optional).

- Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API-based integrations.

- Experience managing and mentoring teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- SFMC Architect/Developer certifications preferred.
