Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Customer Data Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies, with a focus on Interaction Studio and Personalization capabilities.

- Design and build server-to-server campaigns, Mobile SDK, and Web SDK integrations.

- Apply best practices in software design, including object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.

- Collaborate closely with architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems or data sources.

- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams to ensure quality and consistency.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills, quickly identifying root causes and resolving them efficiently.

- Follow software development methodologies and security best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work with version control systems such as Git and GitHub for source code management.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, architecture teams, and review boards through clear verbal and written presentations.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Interaction Studio (Personalization).

- Strong programming skills in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and CDP/Data Cloud capabilities and features.

- Experience designing solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Proficiency with integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems and data platforms.

- Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working in Agile development environments.

- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions.
