Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into effective and scalable marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing customer engagement and driving business growth through personalized and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement complex marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

- Design and build email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript to support marketing initiatives.

- Configure and manage data extensions, automation studio activities, and journey builder workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and external data sources, to create a unified customer view.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations to maintain system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and marketing team members to enhance their understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve our marketing automation capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.

- Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for creating dynamic email templates, landing pages, and data queries.

- Strong understanding of data management principles and experience with data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.
