Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable marketing automation solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalised customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Develop and deploy responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.

- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.

- Configure Automation Studio for scheduled automations, imports, exports, and campaign workflows.

- Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation using SQL.

- Develop dynamic and personalised email content using AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Optimise campaign performance, email deliverability, and automation processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support.

- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of Data Extensions, Contact Model, Subscriber Lists, and Data Filters.

- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, email deliverability, and data privacy standards.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.

- Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, or Personalization (Interaction Studio).

- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is an added advantage.
