Role Summary :

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and contribute to enhancing user experience and application performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce applications with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose innovative solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.

- Support documentation of application specifications, technical designs, and user guides.

- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the team, contributing to discussions and knowledge sharing.

- Engage in testing, debugging, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and web development frameworks.

- Bachelors degree (15 years of full-time education).

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Apex, APIs).
