About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead - Revenue Cloud to own solution design, implementation, technical leadership and delivery across enterprise Salesforce environments.

Scope :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM

- Drive Product & Price Book modeling

- Design complex pricing, discounting and approval workflows

- Manage contract lifecycle, amendments and renewals

- Work on billing, invoicing and revenue recognition from an integration perspective

- Act as the technical and functional lead for Salesforce delivery teams

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

- Drive architecture decisions, Salesforce standards and best practices

- Review and guide development across Apex, LWC, Flows and RLM configuration

- Manage integrations with ERP, Finance, Tax and Order Management platforms

- Lead sprint planning, estimations and release management

- Support UAT, production deployment and post-go-live stabilization

- Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years in a Salesforce Lead / Technical Lead role

- Strong hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM) experience

- Strong Sales Cloud knowledge - Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting

- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes

- RLM configuration and approval workflows

- Experience with Amendments, Renewals, Proration & Usage-Based Pricing

- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows & Triggers

- Salesforce integration experience - REST/SOAP; middleware exposure preferred

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities

Preferable Certifications :

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
