Salesforce Lead Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead who can translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze business needs to design optimal Salesforce solutions

- Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform

- Implement, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing applications

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders

- Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling

- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
