Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, integrations, and stakeholder management, along with hands-on experience across Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design and implement solutions across Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.

- Design integration solutions with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Define data models, security architecture, and governance standards.

- Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Drive best practices, performance optimization, and platform scalability.

- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and technical leads.
