About the Role :

We are hiring a Salesforce Lead with deep Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise to architect scalable CRM platforms and guide technical delivery across global teams. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on development, and the ability to translate complex business needs into robust, enterprise-ready Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions.

- Develop and optimize Apex, LWC, triggers, batch jobs, and custom frameworks.

- Gather and refine requirements with business stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners.

- Drive data modeling, field mapping, object relationships, and large-data handling strategies.

- Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.

- Manage third-party integrations, API strategies, middleware orchestration, and security

compliance.

- Coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality, performance, and regression cycles.

- Create solution documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and technical

specifications.

- Lead effort estimation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines across multi-member teams.

- Identify platform risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support roadmap planning for

scalability.

Skills Required :

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise Must have

- Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs, and asynchronous processing

- Hands-on experience designing system architecture, data strategies, and workflow automation

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules

- Ability to lead development teams, perform code reviews, and manage delivery

- Experience working with CI/CD (Copado, Git, Bitbucket), deployment pipelines, and release

management

- Familiarity with middleware tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with enterprise-level implementation exposure

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Salesforce FSC Certification Mandatory

- Additional certifications (Platform Developer II, System Architect, Application Architect) are an advantage

- Experience working in agile environments with distributed global teams

- Prior experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
