The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external business applications. The role demands strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Salesforce integration technologies.

This is not a generic Java backend development role. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked on Salesforce integrations, API connectivity, middleware platforms, and enterprise application integration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based integration solutions

- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot

- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications

- Work extensively on Salesforce REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Platform Events

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements

- Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and workflows

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment activities

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices across integrations

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

- Support production environments and resolve critical integration issues

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Java / J2EE

- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices

- Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

- Salesforce Integration experience with enterprise systems

- Good understanding of Salesforce platform and APIs

- Experience with MuleSoft / Dell Boomi / Informatica or similar middleware tools

- Knowledge of JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, and API Security concepts

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server

- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, or Visualforce

- Salesforce Certifications will be an added advantage

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud technologies

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
