Job Description.

Job Title : Salesforce Integration Consultant.

Job Type : Full-Time.

Experience : 5-15 years.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Remote).

Responsibilities :

- Experience in Salesforce integration and development.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API).

- Strong experience in JSON, XML, and web services.

- Experience with Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.

- Prior experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), marketing automation tools, or custom enterprise applications.

- Experience integrating with third-party platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Marketo, etc.

- Proficiency with middleware tools like MuleSoft (preferred), Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit, etc.

- Understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, batch, real-time).

- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).

- Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing, Data Warehouses, etc.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration needs.

- Use APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, ETL tools, and custom code to build robust integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data sync issues.

- Develop technical documentation including integration architecture diagrams, data mappings, and support guides.

- Ensure data integrity and security standards are maintained across all integrated systems.

- Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment activities.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry integration best practices.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
