About the Role :

As our Salesforce Healthcare Consultant, you will be the strategic leader and technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions within our Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring our Health Cloud instance meets the evolving needs of our organization and our patients.

This is a critical role that will shape the future of our digital health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical oversight of our Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, ensuring best practices, scalability, security, and performance.

- Strategic Vision : Define the technical roadmap and strategy for Salesforce Health Cloud, aligning it with Detego Health's broader business objectives and digital transformation goals.

- Solution Design : Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud features, including patient management, care coordination, consent management, data models (e.g., Health Cloud data model, FHIR), and integration patterns.

- Technical Guidance : Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and high-quality code delivery.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate extensively with business analysts, product managers, and clinical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Integration Strategy : Define and oversee integration strategies between Salesforce Health Cloud and other enterprise systems (EHRs, CRMs, data warehouses, third-party applications).

- Data Governance : Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards within the Health Cloud environment, particularly concerning HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system response times and user experience.

- Innovation & Best Practices : Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, design specifications, and technical diagrams.

Qualifications :

- Extensive Salesforce Experience : 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise implementations.

- Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise (Mandatory) : Proven, hands-on experience as an Architect or Lead Developer in multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. Deep understanding of Health Cloud data models, features, and capabilities.

- Healthcare Industry Background (Mandatory) : Solid understanding of the healthcare domain, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and industry challenges.

- Certifications : Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and/or Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certifications are highly preferred.

- Technical Acumen : Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Integration Experience : Experience with various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware) and tools.

- Data Migration : Experience with data migration strategies and tools for large datasets.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of driving technical direction and inspiring teams.
