Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and core Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on service operations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Lightning framework.

- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.

- Lead and support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations and enhancements.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs with external systems and third-party applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design and implement system integration architectures across enterprise applications.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and enhancements.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization.

- Proficiency in REST API design and integrations.

- Good understanding of system integration architecture.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
