Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance field service operations and mobile workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce FSL, hands-on development capabilities, and strong architectural leadership to guide both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Delivery :

- Architect and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce FSL solutions to optimize field service operations.

- Define end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical designs.

Development & Customization :

- Design and develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Lead development of Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and custom logic to support complex business scenarios.

- Build and optimize declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Integration :

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and custom integration frameworks.

- Ensure the integrity, reliability, and scalability of integrations that support field service operations.

Governance & Best Practices :

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines across the project lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and provide technical mentoring to developers and cross-functional teams.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, especially FSL-related features, and adopt new functionalities proactively.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and business users, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Contribute to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) by sharing reusable frameworks, solution accelerators, and architectural patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong exposure to Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

2. Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)

3. Declarative tools : Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules

4. REST/SOAP API integrations

- Proven experience designing end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, governor limits, and platform performance.

- Experience with middleware or integration platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce certifications related to FSL, Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer are highly preferred.
