Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development and hands-on experience implementing FSC solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including work in the BFSI domain, and must have led small development teams.
Certification or strong working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud is highly preferred.
The FSC Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices across all technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce FSC Solution Design & Development :
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components including :
- Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, schedulers
- Apex REST/SOAP integrations
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components
- Custom objects, flows, fields, record types, and page layouts
- Implement FSC features for wealth management, banking, and other financial use cases (good to have BFSI exposure).
Technical Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce developers and admins.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, architecture, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Integration & Customization :
- Integrate Salesforce FSC with external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce-native integration capabilities.
- Customize FSC data models, client profiles, financial accounts, and relationship groups as per client requirements.
Quality Assurance & Testing :
- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and regression checks for Salesforce components.
- Ensure all deliverables meet functional requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure smooth release cycles.
Documentation & Best Practices :
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, data models, and integration specifications.
- Recommend and implement development best practices, governance models, and coding guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - certification preferred.
- Prior experience leading a technical team or managing developers.
- Strong understanding of FSC data models, householding, client financial accounts, goals, and relationship mapping.
- Experience in the BFSI or Wealth Management domain is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, middleware).
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

- FSC Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git)
- Exposure to CI/CD processes
