Role Overview :

As a Salesforce FSC Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision and implementation strategy for complex Salesforce Financial Service Cloud solutions. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their intricate business requirements, translating them into scalable and secure architectural designs. You will guide development teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that significantly enhance customer experience and operational efficiency within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead technical design sessions, defining data models, integration strategies using REST API, and solution components including Apex, Salesforce LWC, and OmniStudio.

- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate complex financial services requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce implementations.

- Drive innovation by evaluating new Salesforce features and third-party tools, recommending solutions that enhance platform capabilities and deliver business value.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, particularly within the Financial Services domain, advising clients on strategic roadmaps and best-fit solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Strong command of Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Salesforce LWC, and OmniStudio, coupled with a solid understanding of integration patterns via REST API.

- Extensive experience in the Financial Services domain, demonstrating a clear understanding of industry-specific processes, regulations, and challenges.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of translating abstract business needs into concrete technical designs and implementation strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.

- Adaptability to work effectively in dynamic project environments across multiple locations (Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh), supporting client engagements.
