Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.

- Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.

- Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
