Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning features based on business requirements.

- Implement and manage Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Crews, and Scheduling Policies.

- Develop Apex triggers, helper classes, and Flows to automate service processes.

- Build Lightning Web Components for dispatcher and technician use cases.

- Assist in FSL Mobile App customization and technician workflow setup.

- Support scheduling optimization and dispatcher console enhancements.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs under architectural guidance.

- Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and performance improvements.

- Create technical documentation and support UAT and production deployments.

- Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business analysts.

Technical Skills :


- Salesforce Apex, SOQL, SOSL

- Salesforce Field Service Lightning configuration

- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows

- Salesforce Service Cloud fundamentals

- REST API integrations

- Salesforce security model and data access controls

- Debugging and deployment using Salesforce DX

Nice to Have :


- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

- Basic exposure to mobile workforce solutions

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
