About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for Field Service projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce, strong architectural acumen, and hands-on experience in FSL implementations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing scalable architectures, optimizing system performance, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL.

- Define and enforce data models, security models, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

- Drive integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and connected systems, ensuring seamless data flow and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Oversee and guide development involving Lightning Components (LWC), Lightning Data Service (LDS), Apex, Flows, and automations.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure implementations meet quality and performance standards.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket for streamlined deployments.

- Utilize tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Postman, and Salesforce Inspector for development, debugging, and data operations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and admins to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and best practices to teams working on Salesforce and FSL projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall experience, with

1. 10+ years in Salesforce

2. 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture

3. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end FSL implementations.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Data Modelling & Data Architecture

2. Salesforce Security, Role Hierarchy & Access Management

3. Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) & SSO

4. Lightning (LWC, LDS, App Builder)

5. Customization (Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows)

6. SOQL/SOSL

- Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD using :

1. GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps / Bitbucket

- Hands-on with tools :

1. Data Loader, Workbench, Postman, Salesforce Inspector

- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Application Architect certification (highly preferred).

- Additional Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, Admin, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.

- Experience working with enterprise-scale multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
