Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy solutions leveraging Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud.

- Implement robust Salesforce security models, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex (batch, queueable, schedulable), and test classes.

- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for high-performance data retrieval.

- Configure and customize FSL features including work order management, service territories, scheduling policies, service resources, and mobile app configurations.

- Build declarative automation using Flows and Process Builder, with a preference for Flow-first

design.

- Develop and consume REST-based web services for seamless integration with external

systems, including ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional teams to translate business

requirements into technical designs.

- Provide technical leadership for junior developers, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.


- Troubleshoot performance issues, debug Apex code, and resolve deployment challenges in different environments.

- Stay updated with Salesforce release cycles and apply relevant new features to enhance FSL and Service Cloud capabilities.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on

Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL data model, configuration, and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce Flows.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Security Model and governance best practices.

- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, preferably ERP

systems.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX, Gearset, or

Copado).

- Solid experience with REST/SOAP API development and integration patterns.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is an added advantage.

- Salesforce Developer or FSL certification(s) preferred
