About the Role :

Rhythm Innovations is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Field Service Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable configurations

- Design workflows, service appointments, work orders, and mobile solutions for field technicians

- Customize and configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) components including dispatcher console, scheduling policies, and service territories

- Integrate Field Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems

- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams and clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in Field Service Cloud

- Strong understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and mobile capabilities

- Hands-on experience with Work Orders, Service Resources, Skills, Territories, and Scheduling

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder

- Salesforce Field Service Certification is highly preferred

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
