Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing Community Portal solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Experience Cloud, along with solid exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role requires a mix of low-code configuration skills and strong programmatic development expertise to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Experience Cloud Development & Configuration :

- Design, develop, and configure customer, partner, and employee portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

- Customize themes, templates, branding, navigation, and page layouts.

- Configure access controls, user roles, sharing rules, and visibility settings.

- Optimize portal performance, usability, and user experience.

2. Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build reusable components and scalable architectures.

- Develop custom business logic, triggers, controllers, and batch jobs.

- Perform unit testing and maintain high code quality standards.

3. Declarative Development (Low-Code Solutions) :

- Implement business requirements using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Process Automation.

- Utilize Salesforce standard tools and best practices for low-code solutioning.

- Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and reports.

4. Integration & APIs :

- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Develop and consume web services.

- Work with middleware or third-party integration platforms when required.

- Ensure secure authentication and data exchange mechanisms.

5. Sales & Service Cloud Exposure :

- Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.

- Implement case management, workflows, and automation processes.

- Support end-to-end business processes across multiple Salesforce clouds.

6. Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Perform impact analysis and recommend scalable solutions.

- Participate in deployment activities and release management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Portal).

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Experience with declarative development tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation).

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing architecture.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle complex business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (Experience Cloud certification preferred).

- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing domain implementations.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
