Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as SME for Salesforce DevOps, guiding architecture, development, and deployment strategies.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Provide scalable, efficient solutions to challenges affecting multiple teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes, including CI/CD automation.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing to build team capabilities and domain expertise.

- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Background in configuration and release management.

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments.

- Experience with security and compliance in Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 12 years in Salesforce DevOps.

Technical Skills :

- Git version control mastery

- Agile methodology experience

- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues

- Education : 15 years of full-time education.
