Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of total experience and 68 years of relevant expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments. This role requires hands-on experience with AutoRABIT and the ability to independently handle end-to-end DevOps implementations to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.

- Work extensively with AutoRABIT for release automation, version control, and continuous integration.

- Ensure security and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle by implementing best practices and standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes for performance, scalability, and stability.

- Implement and manage source control strategies and branching models for Salesforce development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of total experience in technology, with 68 years in a DevOps or related role.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD Pipeline design and implementation.

- Proven hands-on experience with AutoRABIT.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.

- Ability to handle end-to-end DevOps implementation independently.
