Salesforce DevOps Engineer - Copado

Key Responsibilities :

1. Salesforce DevOps Pipeline : Design, implement, and maintain our Salesforce DevOps pipeline, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring.

2. Copado Configuration : Configure and manage Copado's DevOps platform, including setting up and managing pipelines, environments, and deployments.

3. Salesforce Development : Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

5. Deployment and Release Management : Manage and execute deployments and releases, including scheduling, validation, and verification.

6. Monitoring and Logging : Monitor and log Salesforce applications, including performance, security, and usage metrics.

7. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure that DevOps practices are aligned with business requirements.

8. Process Improvement : Continuously improve and optimize our Salesforce DevOps pipeline, including identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.

Requirements :

• Seeking Salesforce Devops Admin with 5+ years of experience, who will manage all code deployments and handle administrative requests within Salesforce.
• Candidate should have Expert knowledge and Hands-on experience of Copado and familiarity with Salesforce deployment process.
• Should be familiar with other Salesforce Devops tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, GIT and other tools such as Jira
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automations using Copado.
• Raise and handle Salesforce and Copado Support requests as and when needed.
• Drive improvements in DevOps processes and offer expert guidance.
• Should have good knowledge of Permissions, Permission Sets, Public Groups, Queues, and overall user management within Salesforce.
• Should be able to manage the Adhoc requests for user management, data access etc.
• Proven ability to independently handle responsibilities from day one with minimal onboarding.
• Copado and Salesforce Administrator Certification are a plus but optional.
