We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with expertise in Gearset.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects while implementing best practices in DevOps methodologies.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high quality solutions.

- Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and DevOps processes.

- Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and DevOps trends to drive innovation within the team.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.

- Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.

- Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Knowledge of additional DevOps tools and practices beyond Gearset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps.

- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
