Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Salesforce release and refresh activities across multiple environments.

- Work with Salesforce CLI (SF CLI) for deployments, scripting, and environment management.

- Implement and maintain version control strategies using Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).

- Build and manage automation pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

- Ensure best practices in code quality, deployment, and environment governance.

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to streamline delivery.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release cycles.

Required Skills :

- 69 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce DevOps/Release Management.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and metadata structure.

- Hands-on with SF CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Experience with sandbox management, data refresh, and deployment governance.

- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle.
