About the job :

This leader will establish and scale DevOps and Quality Assurance capabilities for Salesforce delivery focusing on automation, reliability, and release velocity. The role combines technology leadership with process governance and people development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Jenkins, or SFDX.

- Define release management frameworks and deployment automation standards.

- Drive automated testing adoption across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

- Implement governance and metrics for release success and defect prevention.

- Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance at every stage.

- Mentor DevOps and QA professionals to strengthen end-to-end delivery excellence.

Requirements :

Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years in Salesforce DevOps, QA, or release management.

- Deep knowledge of SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with automated functional and regression testing.

- Strong analytical and leadership skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
