The core responsibilities for the job include the following :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Foster a culture of empathy, trust, inclusion, and accountability.
- Serve as a cultural bridge between our USA and India teams.
Salesforce Expertise :
- Ensure delivery excellence by implementing best practices in configuration and support.
- Drive performance and efficiency in Production Support operations.
Process and Strategic Execution :
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Global Collaboration and Communication :
- Communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Act as a thought leader to improve practices and culture continuously.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of people management with a focus on mentoring and growth.
- Proven expertise in managing Salesforce Production Support teams.
- Strong alignment with US work culture and ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, etc. ) are a big plus.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
