Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Development Leadership : Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, with a primary focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Architecture : Architect and implement solutions for Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, ensuring they align with best practices and business requirements.
- Process Automation : Develop complex automation using Flows, Process Builders, and Triggers.
- Integrations : Manage all aspects of Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
- Security & Governance : Implement and maintain robust Security and Sharing rules to protect data integrity and control access.
- Team Management : Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team adheres to high standards of quality and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 8+ years of total experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
Technical Skills :
- Core Development : Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Salesforce Platforms : Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- Automation : Expertise in Flows, Lightning, Aura, Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.
- Integrations : Solid knowledge of Salesforce Integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
- Security : Strong knowledge of Security & Sharing Rules.
- Bonus Skills : Familiarity with HexaBPM is a plus.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
