The Salesforce Developer is the primary architect of code-based solutions for our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from gathering complex business requirements to implementing sophisticated integrations and custom applications.

You will provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX, ensuring the platform scales alongside a rapidly growing organization.

By collaborating with global cross-functional teams, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, delivering high-performance solutions that drive critical decision-making.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality customized solutions using Apex (Classes and Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning Design System.

- Lead technical best practices across the platform, including advanced integration development, application design, and iterative performance refinement.

- Architect and manage the deployment process using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Unlocked Packages, and CLI to ensure stable, version-controlled releases.

- Design and implement data-driven integrations between Salesforce and external ERP or 3rd-party systems using RESTful APIs and the Salesforce API framework.

- Establish and manage a rigorous Change Management process to govern the deployment of new code and updates to existing system logic.

- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and debugging of code-level issues, ensuring the stability of critical business functions.

- Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical blueprints and supporting documentation.

- Provide specialized system administration support for customized applications, focusing on advanced security settings, user permissions, and complex custom objects.

- Maintain version control integrity using GitHub or similar tools, ensuring a seamless collaborative environment for onsite and offshore teams.

- Proactively recommend platform improvements to enhance operational productivity and support enterprise-wide scaling goals.

- Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, including unit test results, system architecture diagrams, and user support guides.

- Collaborate with global departments (Commercial, Operations, Product Development) to ensure the Salesforce environment meets high-performance and functionality standards.

Technical Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience strictly on the Salesforce.com platform.

- Proven expertise in writing and optimizing Apex Classes, Triggers, and Asynchronous Apex.

- Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.

- Strong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Command Line Interface (CLI) for package-based development.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.

- Mastery of SOQL/SOSL for data querying and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.

- Practical experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub, for managing codebase history and collaborative branching.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and limitations.

- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript, and familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages like Java or C#.

Required Certifications

Must hold one or more of the following :

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II)

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (highly preferred)

Preferred Skills :

- Strong technical project management experience within an Agile/SDLC framework.

- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and advanced security protocols.

- Ability to work effectively across different time zones to support a global onsite/offshore model.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related Engineering field.
