Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions by translating business requirements into technical implementations.

- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Configure and customize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Manage Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings.

- Oversee and support deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce customization and development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).

- Proven experience in designing and leading Salesforce solutions.

- Hands-on experience with SOQL and SOSL optimization.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management.

- Exposure to Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud (added advantage).

- Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory) :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD-1)

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD-2)

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
