Assignment Description :

- Develop, configure, and implement business solutions in CRM platforms.

- Lead workshops focused on process design and process improvement.

- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

- Build, integrate, and implement CRM solutions using Salesforce technologies (Service Cloud &

Sales Cloud).

- Work with DevOps tools such as Jira.

- Strong understanding and implementation of Salesforce security model.

Skill Requirements :

- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA with 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.

- Proven ability to design and implement CRM solutions.

- Good knowledge of integration concepts and security frameworks.
