Location : Bangalore / Kochi
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Salesforce administrator, PD1,Sales cloud, Service cloud. (must have at least 2 certificates)
Salesforce Clouds :
- Experience with at least two of the following : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud.
Integration Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or
middleware.
Technical Skills :
- Strong in Apex triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs
- Hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiar with Salesforce CLI and version control (Git)
Business & Platform Knowledge :
- Good understanding of business processes
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Preferred :
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Customize and maintain Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Gather business requirements, define scope, and create functional specs.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, etc.
- Handle Salesforce admin tasks : Workflows, Validations, Process Builders, Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets).
- Develop integrations with ERP (12.2.6) via REST APIs and MuleSoft.
- Test, debug, support QA, fix defects, and train users on new features.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, and ensure system stability.
- Work with MuleSoft, HexaBPM, and Nintex Drawloop (mandatory).
- Deliver results in an Agile environment, managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective business user interaction.
