Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in developing and customizing applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Framework, and API integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce platform.

- Develop and enhance solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Lightning Framework.

- Build reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs with Salesforce and external enterprise applications.

- Customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.

- Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and technical teams to deliver business requirements.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform.

- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Proficiency in the Lightning Framework, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce customization.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API development, and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft or other middleware solutions.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
