Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years of expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (nice to have). This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Provide technical leadership for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (if applicable).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.

- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption.

- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to leverage the platform's full potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Mandatory :

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days from office in Bangalore).

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
