About the Role :
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer - Revenue Cloud to build, enhance, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) flows.
You'll work across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition, delivering scalable customizations (Apex/LWC), robust integrations, and clean data models that align with complex pricing, discounting, taxation, and invoicing rules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Development : Configure and extend CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition; build LWC, Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable/schedulable), and Flows.
- Q2C Enablement : Implement pricing rules, discount schedules, product bundles, MDQ, usage based/recurring pricing, amendments, renewals, credit memos, and tax handling.
- Billing Operations : Automate invoice generation, payment collections, proration, revenue schedules, and adjustments; ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Integrations : Design and develop REST/SOAP services, Platform Events, callouts, and middleware (e., MuleSoft/BoOmi) integrations with ERP/Payment gateways/Tax engines.
- Data & Quality : Own data migration (Data Loader/API), validation/dedupe, governor-limit-safe designs, test coverage, and performance tuning.
- Agile Delivery : Work in sprints; groom stories, estimate, demo increments; maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Production Readiness : Contribute to CI/CD, environment strategy, release checklists, and L2/L3 support run-books.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements :
- 4+ years hands-on with Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing + Revenue Recognition).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (bundles, product rules, price rules, discounting, MDQ), Billing (invoices, payments, taxation, proration), and RevRec concepts.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (sync patterns, retries, error handling).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working with Product/Finance/RevOps stakeholders.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Data Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Large Data Volumes, and async patterns.
- Middleware exposure (MuleSoft, Boomi) and financial/ERP integrations (NetSuite/SAP/MS Dynamics).
- Knowledge of tax engines (Avalara/Thomson Reuters), payment gateways, and usage-based billing scenarios.
- Certifications (preferred) : Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, Platform Developer I/II.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT, Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 7- 10 years total Salesforce experience with a strong Revenue Cloud track record
