Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using

OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, and Apex.

- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and coding standards.

Integration :

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

Customization And Configuration :

- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

- Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and workflows.

Collaboration And Communication :

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Testing And Deployment :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

- Deploy changes to higher environments following established change management processes.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on OmniStudio, Business Rule Engine, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Apex.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs,

MuleSoft, or similar middleware.

Skills :

- Proficiency in OmniStudio(OmniScript, Flexcards, Data Raptors & Integration Procedures), Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.

- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.

- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification is preferred.
