Summary :

Join Pinnacle Groups Technology and Platform Services team to build Salesforce Experience Cloud for our Strategic Sourcing supplier portal and develop MuleSoft integrations. As a Salesforce Experience Cloud and MuleSoft Developer, you will configure the portal, integrate systems using APIs, and automate workflows, collaborating with stakeholders and a third-party integrator to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Build and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud supplier portal using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Develop MuleSoft integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) to connect Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Workday).

- Implement automations using Salesforce Flow to reduce manual tasks enabling our corporate teams to focus on high value work. (e.g., vendor onboarding).

- Configure Experience Cloud security, user access, and community features for seamless supplier interactions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose portal and integration enhancements.

- Partner with a third-party integrator to validate configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions.

- Document code, integrations, and configurations for maintainability.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and Experience Cloud configuration.

- 1+ years of experience with MuleSoft development, including API design and integration.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow for building automations and portal workflows.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or SSIS for data pipeline development preferred.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, I and MuleSoft Developer I required; Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills for on-site work.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
